At dēhp therapeutic, we are proud to expand our services through the H2O (Housing to Outcomes) initiative. As a participating H2O Provider, we now offer comprehensive Pre-Tenancy and Tenancy Services designed to support individuals and families in achieving and maintaining stable housing.
Through our partnership with the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), we ensure that every individual we serve receives coordinated, data-informed care tailored to their unique journey.
