Intensive Outpatient Program
At dēhp® therapeutic we treat symptoms of homelessness by addressing Trauma, SDOH, Mental Health, and Substance Use, factors commonly linked to chronic homelessness, recently unsheltered, and unhoused.
We believe healing begins with dignity, structure, and support. Too often, individuals facing homelessness are stuck in a revolving door, emergency shelters, hospital visits, incarceration, or living on the streets without access to the tools they need to create lasting change. That’s where our Intensive Outpatient Program steps in.
dēhp® Integrative Care is our first licensed dēhp® facility offering the dēhp®
Integrative Treatment (dIT). dIT appears to be efficient and effective in treating certain types of stress and trauma, as evidenced a preliminary investigation.
Transformative Treatment. Real Results
Our IOP isn’t just a program, it’s a pathway to stability. Designed for individuals who need structured support but don't require 24/7 care, our program combines:
- Evidence-based therapy
- Substance use recovery services
- Mental health counseling
- Life skills development
- Case management and community reintegration planning
Clients attend programming five days a week, allowing them to work on their mental health and recovery while actively rebuilding their lives.
